Experience:
Over the past few years Iβve coached people of different ages, genders and with different focuses. From goals like Increasing strength, dropping body fat, improving fitness, technique or their overall confidence. Itβs been great to help people develop their skills and make a positive change to themselves! I look forward to helping those in NPRFC!
Lloyd (Coach)
Roles:
Head of PE at Brymore Academy. Rugby coach for NPRFC Juniors & Bristol Bears Jr Academy, also part time farmer. I am also a qualified archery instructor and lifeguard. I’ve been an instructor in Paddle Sports, Concept Rowing and Mountain Biking.
I’ve always had an interest in physical fitness, whether training myself or working with others. In the gym I have a real interest in programming the toughest workouts possible and enjoy when clients smash them! I enjoy coaching all sports and like to keep my four children active and involved in as much sport as possible.
Strengths:
Sessions are inclusive, competitive, organised and ‘fun’. I am approachable and want people to enjoy coming to the gym and to my classes.
Words of encouragement:
Enjoy your workouts, change it up regularly and find activities you like doing and just make it harder. Set both long and short SMART targets. Be competitive with yourself, make up workouts and challenge yourself to complete them as fast as possible.
